Vectis
Contract Administration Suite

Know what your head contract will draw down, month by month.

Build the contract once — items, values, dates and how each one spends over time — and Vectis produces the monthly cashflow and the cumulative S-curve from it. Freeze it to set the baseline, and every amendment after that is on the record.

Both use your Google account — there is no password to create. Been invited? Use the link you were sent.

Contract items

Claim items and sub-items with values and dates. Choose how each spends — flat, an S-curve you shape with α and β, or a custom month-by-month split.

Baseline forecast

Monthly cashflow and the cumulative S-curve, with the peak month, the contract total and anything forecast past the completion date called out. Export the cost plan at month, quarter or financial year.

Freeze and sign off

Freezing locks names, values and dates against a signed attestation. Every amendment before and after is recorded — who changed what, from what, and when.

Programme alignment

Restate the programme against the frozen baseline and re-forecast what is still to come. Each month is signed off as a snapshot, so a claim can always name the plan it was assessed on.

Progress claims

Certify a period's claim against the signed programme. Certified figures are append-only, periods close in order, and reopening supersedes rather than overwrites.

Companies and access

Invite colleagues to the company or to a single project. Editors change a project; viewers read it and nothing more.

In development. The monthly cycle now runs end to end: build and freeze the contract, restate the programme against it, sign the monthly snapshot, then certify the period’s claim and open the next. Still to come is the analytical tail — the variance ledger and allocation panel, the change register, and the portfolio dashboard.
